THE DEVELOPER: 1928 Investments LLC is a collaboration between one of the South Shore’s most successful builders, Michael Kmito, and one of the Boston area’s long-time real estate broker/developers, Todd Sandler. This duo has developed many other fine nearby neighborhoods recently such as Ford Crossing & Twin Farm Estates in Holbrook and Cherry Circle in Randolph.
THE BUILDER: Mike Kmito’s WEST POINT DEVELOPMENT CO., INC. has been constructing and delivering fine new homes in the South Shore area since 1992. Known for the expertise and care he puts into the construction of each and every home, Mike has gained a great reputation for quality at every level.
